Small Powerboat & RIB Master Training - MCA Approved
The Small Powerboat and RIB Master training is an international licensed course specifically designed for handling of super-yacht tenders. It is also a great course for those wishing to enhance their skills for more conventional yacht tenders plus safe handling of powerboats below 15 metres in support of either your chartered yacht or your own private yacht. This certificate is MCA (Marine Coastguard Authority) approved and is commercial license so no further commercial endorsements are required for this category of license.

Certificate Limitations

Covers power vessels up to 15 metres

In coastal waters in sight of land

Motive power is either inboard or outboard motors

In fair weather

The “Yachtmaster” certificates issued by the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) are recreational certificates and these certificates do require a “commercial endorsement” if one wishes to work commercially.
